Roller quick change system

For small and medium-sized mill machine, after the middle bracket retreated, the positioning and fastening device of the online platform with horizontal and vertical roller stands can be quickly released, so that the whole platform with the roller stands can be lifted off . At the same time, another set of platform which has been replaced off-line with the new rollers can be installed on the corresponding position of the mill table. located & locked the new platform by the fastening device, "one-key to start" again host roll change "quick link" automatic program, the upper roller block of middle bracket drape off by air cylinder, at the same time the rear motor or oil cylinder drives the middle bracket with universal coupling drive system to find the position quickly and link automatically with the upper and lower shaft of flat rollers one by one.
For big-sized mill machine，the top side of the horizontal stand also with quickly side-spin open & cover type crown, the horizontalshaft and roller and slide block can be quickly removed from the upper side.
