Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA wire) production line
VTL-10/12、14/15、16/17 series Copper Clad Aluminum Wrapping-Welding Machine are new type equipment for producing the bimetallic CCA wire which are developed and produced by our company. The equipment uses high-quality thinner copper tape as outer wrapping sleeve, uses aluminum bar or aluminum alloy bar as the core, continuous warps and vertically welding the copper tape for bimetallic complex.
The main characteristics of this equipment are high efficiency, low consumption, and short process. The society returns and environment effect are outstanding: save much copper resource; the wrapping-welding technology has no pollution; the thickness of the outer copper sleeve is symmetrical and homocentric; it’s very suitable for generatrix wire for communications, electron, power transmission. The equipment is manufactured by high precision, so the machine can steady-running and operation is simple, it is an ideal equipment and advanced technology for producing the bimetallic CCA generatrix wire now.
